Look on page 16 of the regs (legal hunting methods)
Only legal firearm to hunt waterfowl is shotgun. Illegal to use rimfire or centerline rifles for waterfowl. Also see description of firearm on page 3.
Only other legal method is archery( see description D on page 16)
Going by memory here, but I thought it said something somewhere about no single projectile.
