Wader alterations?

Anyone know of a source for altering neoprene waders? I am struggling to find a pair that fit my son (11) as he has size 8 men's feet but, at 5'2", does not yet fit the body of an adult wader. My plan is to find someone who can do some major surgery to a pair of small adult waders to make them fit. Thanks.

You may be able to get some help from a wet suit/dry suit company.

Thanks. I am going to call one tomorrow. Did some surfing and found a few guys who had successfully replaced the old boot with a new one. I might try that too in a larger boot size.
