Anybody ever hunt the Frog River drainage in Northern BC??
These guys have some cabins ,http://www.northern-rockies-lodge.co...frog_river.htm
I have been up there twice. Great country but a long ways up the Ketchika river from Fireside on the Alaska Highway. The Ketchika is easy to run but the frog is a lot smaller but not to many problems. There is lots of good hunting all the way up to the frog. Have a great trip.
hmm some great sheep in there... a friend has hunted there for about 20 plus years..

A fly in to Denetiah Lake is much more practical, safer, and potentially productive.
But not near as fun as a boat trip
Tuchodi,
How many boat hours from Fireside to hit the Frog junction?
We never went direct from the highway to the frog always stopped and hunted along the way but it would take about a full day to get there.
I would say 7-8 hours for sure and that is with stopping only for fuel. Expect a full day for sure!
