Lone Butte, Horse Lake Fishing

We are heading to Cariboo Bonanza RV park on Horse Lake over the long weekend.

We have a 14' boat with a 25hp motor. Has anybody fished this lake or other lakes in the area.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

X2... stop in and talk to Mark. Owners at bonanza (if they're the same ones from 6 years ago) are pretty helpful as well

Thanks for the info, I stopped in at Lone Butte Sporting and purchased a couple of items and got info on setup as I had never fished Kokanee before.

We got on the lake over three evenings caught Kokanee & Rainbow every time with plenty for supper so it was a good time.
