buy n sell section

just notice i cant respond to posts in the outdoor buy n sell area. was able to before as i listed my trail cam. it sod. now i cant respond there to ask on another ale item.
i looked at other adds, all same. so reply tab, and i click reply with quote(only one that shows), says i dont have permission

did i do something?..lol, or a glitch?

this is the one i was looking at to ask cards thy are. what region, no reply tab for me??
