4l water
1c brown sugar
3/4c kosher salt
1tbsp Curing salt (Morton Tender Quick in my case) per lb of meat.
Submerge the ham in a bowl and let it sit in the fridge for a week.
Smoke it for a few hours.
I finish mine in the oven.
Enjoy!
