I tried that once up skagit. Don't own dogs and had some stinky Bison from Bigbore. Planted one day but couldn't get back quick enough. All gone 2 days later. Cat prints everywhere.
Nice clips. Thx
Hmmmm...
May have to give that a try next season methinks.
Looks great!
Cheers & thanks for sharing!

Nice video
very cool, thanks for sharing
The one cat has a very short tail.
That’s a LOT of catnip in that bag!
That’s wild.
Did you tie the bait to a tree or something so they couldn’t drag it away?
Id like to try this too, but I think I’d likely get more coyotes and birds than anything else.
this is my set up for this bait station

are these new or old version of tactacam celulars some people have said the new version is not as good
gen 2.0 model
no issues.... im using Muddy aswell on another site. Dont buy them lol
What exactly is your bait? Looks like an animal carcass which is illegal to use as "bait"
Isn't it illegal to use animal carcasses as bait?
"To intentionally feed or attempt to feed dangerous wildlife (cougar, coyote, wolf, and bear), except when lawfully engaged in hunting or trapping where baiting is authorized (cougar, coyote and wolf only)."
Baiting cougars is legal
So you can bait cougars if you are hunting them? Didn’t know that. Cool. I haven’t hunted them but have eaten them. Damn they are tasty.
If you put bait out is there not a good chance you will attract a grizzly if they are in that area? What exactly are you baiting with meat?
a few years ago our game club had a banquet..someone donated a HUGE cougar roast..it was delicious..and was the first game meat to be polished off..

wolves were the intended target. Last 2 days now finally a wolf has shown up.
There is some merrit to what you say with baiting and attracting animals and may even be habituating them. In the kootenays many of the bait sites put out in winter are close
to camp grounds and camp spots that are used in the spring thru fall seasons by people. Bears come to these sites in the spring and thru out the summer/fall now you have people
camping close by with food and in the fall hunters hanging thigs in camp, cleaning/fleshing stuff on the picnic tables etc. Its not only in town with left out garbage where humans
are habituating bears and other animals there doing it out in the bush as well. as mentioned in post #22 bait can attract all sorts of wildlife your not hunting for, thus causing a
potential problem being caused by humans, and the animal/wildlife will lose out or be blamed for it.
