Tofino Fishing

Hey everyone, the wife and I are headed to tofino September long. I’m trying to surprise her with a half day fishing charter and just wondering if anyone has a company they could recommend? She gets motion sickness so I’m hoping to just stay inshore and do some jigging for bottom fish and maybe a bit of trolling for salmon. Also has anyone ever fished from shore there?

There could be some bucktailing for Coho still happening. That is onshore.

I went on a charter with Todd from high roller charters in Ucluelet last wweek. It was incredible.

lance is top notch

Touble with Ucluelet is it is almost a complete offshore show... unless you run to the far side of the broken group and fish swail or somethink like that.

Have the tuna been getting closer over the years and for longer. Last week of Aug. first week of Sept.?

Im hearing this past week of guys filling their boats a ways out from Tofino, 60 miles or so.
