Hoping someone can shed light on a question for me. I (along with my BC resident friend) have applied for a PTA Mountain Goat. When do the results typically become known for the applications? There was no information online during the application process about timing. Thanks in advance.
It’s been a good number of years since I hosted someone so it might be faster now but it was up to 3 months in the past
I did one last yr for Region 6 moose hunt. I applied mid July and had confirmation mid August.
I was notified by email. The permit shows up in your profile under permits. Similar to the licenses and tags.

I did one last year. TOok about 3 weeks. I did another one this year on may 9th and it hasnt gone through yet.
It’s hit or miss on how long. Depends on how many they have on the desk. But best bet and has worked well for me is to call them about 4-7 days after it’s sent in. Ask for a speedy reply. They usually get right on it and the next few days it’s done

Applied for a Black bear PTA this spring took about 2 months to be approved.
