Hi all
We are hoping to connect with other versatile dog owners on Vancouver island if possible to do some training days together and network. We have a Llewelyn Setter, have been working out with the pointing dog group but would like to broaden what we are working with him on.
He is our first real gun dog so are open to learning from others and helping

There’s a fledgling versatile group started in the lower mainland. A few folk from
the island have come over for training events you might be able to carpool if that works for you? Check out Fraser River Basin BC NAVDHA Interest Group on Facebook.
tbh it’s such a specialist / niche thing I would struggle to believe there is enough critical mass on the island to make anything happen
Fair enough. Will look into it and make it over for some events. My Llewellyn was shunned by CKC from the pointing events so we will broaden our horizons
