I recently got an intro to a product called Haupy's Seasonings. There are four different seasoning 'Rubs' they have. From what little I've tried of them, there's definitely some interesting flavours they add. A friend was down from the Yukon during the festive season and I picked up a couple of Haupy's product for him to try with his considerable culinary skills. Have any of you tried any of these seasonings, and if so, what's your opinion?
