Waterfowl Hunting from a Boat

I normally hunt waterfowl on land, but have the opportunity to try from a boat for geese. Is there anything different about the tactics used? I guess one should try to camouflage the boat with some webbing/burlap camo. What's the strategy in terms of hunting them? Do you lay decoys out on the water and where do you position your boat? Is it similar to pass shooting or decoying? For safety, what considerations are taken into account with two shooters, recoil in a boat etc.
