Turkey Hunting Pants?

Hi all, Looking for some info of what some of ya ll wear as far as pants? Something for those warm days but something durable as well. Thanks in advance.
Requirements.
1. Cheaper the better. I'm finishing my last year of college. I'd like to save as much money as possible that I could then invest into other gear I've been wanting.
2. Would love for them to be water proof or have the ability to water proof them. I don't think the September bow hunt will be bad, but if I don't get anything for that I'll be rifle hunting into the cold rainy months.
3. A silent material would be nice. My fleece jacket was silent in the bushes and I loved it. My jeans, not so much so want to buy new like on this url stylejeanswear
