Just a point of interest for some. Idaho has far superior funding to BC and it shows that you still have an adequate sperm supply at that ratio. Most of you know that but some here don't.

1/2 Truth
Idaho manages a portion of there areas to 15% min but they also manage other areas to a much higher ratio. Can’t remember if it’s up to 45% that might be Wyoming but I know for a fact Idaho runs mixed management ratios

Re: Mule Deer Restrictions
Harsh winter kill betrays a possibility they were overstocked.

Have not found single management plan that mother nature can’t throw a warp into lol
This is that uncontrollable factor
Re: Mule Deer Restrictions
One of the benefits rarely discussed about mixed management of populations when done in areas deer are not restricted by terrain the areas of higher ratios can benefit neighboring areas managed to lower ratios do to migration and bucks spilling over into neighboring zones

So then whats the point of such small zones? Trying to manage wildlife like beef in a feedlot? pointless effort and expense, fine if the funds are there to throw away on exercises and experiments

Your issue has no merit this is not high fence management lol
If you want to learn the advantages to to different management systems start putting in the effort to reasearch beyond what is spoon fed to BC residents
If you have an open mind and want to learn start looking into all the different studies and come to your own conclusion
Dont need to take my opinion or anyone else’s

Remember that quote:
A wise man changes his mind often, a fool never....
There's a lack of this on this site, I posted management practices that is showing great results, information that our present management system pulls resources from, and still
I am the shit head that wants to take away Opportunity. Wow! Doesn't get any better than that.
