I have always loved outdoors. My dad wasn't into hunting or fishing so I had to read every book and magazine I could find until I found some mentors around the age of fourteen. Ive hunted big game quite a bit and still love it; but the thrill of shooting over a good dog has no equal. I currently own a Wire haired Pointing Griffon. We have spent many special days chasing upland birds and waterfowl. My passion for game has fueled my desire to cook; and I have to say that preparing a special dinner excites me almost as much as the hunt.
