I've regretted not learning to hunt before. I started listening to myself say things like "well I'm getting a bit long in the tooth for that" and decided to pull myself up by the bootstraps. If I'm lucky I've got another 40 years left! That's a long time to hunt, and eat adorable animals. So here I am, old, fat, and never hunted in my life. I am doing the CORE and getting my PAL over the next few months and then I can start. I may have family that will help, or I might be on my own. Either way, I'm not putting this off any longer. I've also been watching a million videos on field dressing, brain tanning, butchering....
