Heres another question.

At what distances should my sight pins be set. I have them set at 15, 25 and 35 right now, is that a good setup, or should i have them changed, and to what.

Those yardages are good. I have mine set at 20 to 60 yards. I personally wouldn't change them. If you were to take a 40 yard shot, just put your 35 yard pin on the animal's spine.( depending on size of animal ) As far as what distances you should set them at, that depends on what is comfortable for you. Alot of the "traditionalists" will tell you not to have a pin past 30.(and shouldn'tpast there either.) If you're shooting a compound, then having pins out to 50 is ok. You should know your limitations, so with that being said... set them accordingly. Hope this help you out a bit.

I see nothing wrong with the way you have your pins set.I set mine at 20,30,40 thats what i practice at and thats where i'm comfortable.

There is nothing wrong with the way you have it set up. If you can hit the bull at those yardages....great.

Mine are set for the same yardages. My bow does not begin to drop unless I get further out than 15 - 18 yards. Hence the 15 - 25 - 35 - 45 - 55 yardage pins.

I'm at 25,35,45,55,65

I rarely get closer than 30 yards and have shot well out to 55 on occasion.

Practise though because you need to be confident out that far and you can see the arrow arc at those longer distances!

whatever works for you. Make sure you pay attention before your shot :) (after you judge your distance or use a range finder), and adjust accordingly. Mine are at 20, 30, 40, 55 (weird, but it works for me).

scratch that - I remembered this weekend (after I missed a deer) that I changed my pins to 10, 20, 35, 55 - I made a perfect shot, but used the wrong pin (thought it was LAST years pin). Whatever you do, make sure you practice enough so that you won't even have to think after you estimate your distance.
