Cold weather tuning?

Has anyone noticed if thier bow shoots different in below 0 temps? I shoot every two days and drive tacks at 20 and 30 yards. After not shooting for three days because of the wind I took advantage of the break in the weather to shoot a little, and my bow was shooting high?? The bow is kept outside and my garage is about -8. I may have bumped the sight last week while hunting but I'm sure by the marks I made on my site that it hasn't. Anyone?

Haven't experienced that yet......not had the chance to get out to shoot lately. There is at least a foot of snow laying around here, and I very much doubt that the road into the club has been ploughed.
