Speaking of tasty eating...........that doe of yours looks mighty good. Notice the fat covering on the back and ribs.........yummy.

Nice going their kishman, you made a real good job of skinning the doe. Very neat and straight cut lines. As has been said the doe is very fat and the meat therefore should be tender, looks almost like a Grade AA beef.8)

This is the beginning and as I said to you before, form now on it only can get better, you licked blood.:lol:

congratulations bud.... welcome to the club. If it matters I'll give you some advice for next time.. when you gut and skin your animal, get that windpipe out right away 9 It's usually the first thing to spoil and It'll ruin or change the taste of your meat. but good job meat looks great.
