Thought I'd post up a bunch of short clippings from this hunting season to date. Certain events in these videos made me proud to be a hunter (even though I haven't killed a toad buck yet this year!) , a friend, and a BC'er (like the rest of you). We truly live in the best country for game. I'm sure many of you have taken and seen bigger and better animals than on these videos but please sit back and enjoy what your province has to offer! I'd like to thank chris/willyqbc and marc for helping me out on this one. I'll start off with some elk and bucks and finish off with a tom up the tree. Hopefully this works...............................here goes!

Thanks guys. PSE VENOM the rifle on the elk was a 300WSM the one shoulder (right)was broken and there was a bullet hole right thru the heart on the kill shot. We back packed out all the meat and there was surprisingly very little damage.
Willyqbc, I'd still be scratching my brain, if it wasn't for you helping me out! Thanks again.

Magicarrowman the elk are Nanaimo River and Lakes and north to Gold River. I probably saw 35 bulls this season and videoed quite a few of them.

Hey JMAC,

It took me a while but after hearing your voice and having spent quite a bit of time in the spots where you took the elk footage I figured out who you where.

What kind of cam do you use to do the filming. Maybe the next time I'm home I'll come pic Nick up and if your home you can show me you cam.

How are the dogs doing on the cats??

I will try to remember to bring you back some of the pics of these Alberta pisscutters when I'm home next. We are heading to Drayton Valley on Thursday for White Tail. Passed on a coulple 165-170 bucks the other day so I hope it pays off.

Talk to you later Kris Hilgersom(Hilgy)
