I bought a great bow last week from wayne @ big game..

Like a ****** the string got broken in an unintentional dry fire (please, don't yell!!)

Waynes hunting til the 10th, the guy from boorman is gone til friday. I am trying to go hunting *thursday* night.

Can anyone help me here ? I'm in the lower mainland, have wheels, will travel, with beer money or whatever you need I just don't want to miss the tial end of the season due to such a stupid mistake..

It's more than just replacing the string. You may have incurred limb damage. Without a inspection by a competent person, re-stringing could leave you open to severe personal injury. If an inspection cannot be done, then perhaps you should just purchase a new bow. I believe that you are somewhere in the lower mainland, perhaps Hub Sports maybe of some use to you.
Is this a compound bow? The bow string replacement number should be on the lower limb. If it's a PSE or Hoyt, you may be able to get a string in short time, and limbs too if needed.
