OK, so I've been working like a dog and grouse season is coming to an end shortly. To top it off, I had to put my lab down this week...alright, enough complaining.
I am going to take a day or two off and do some bird hunting. Any takers?
Prefer to walk and push bush over driving roads, but beggers cant be chooses. Any interested parties, shoot me a PM. Thanks guys.

I would love to go for a grouse hunt but unfortunatly I am in Van:cry:...... sorry to hear about your buddy, was he sick or just old? Are you gonna get a new Lab once you get past the grieving?

He was almost 10. Lung cancer that spread very rapidly through his body. We will get a new dog for sure, but just not now...
If you ever get up to the okanagan, give me a holler!

September is a lot closer now (sort of) and with the mild winter I'll bet the bird hunting is good this year. As well, I would love to go for a turkey. Never to early to start dreaming! G

Drop me a PM once the season opens, I'm in Vernon. I hunt the little buggers with a .22/.410 Savage, great gun too bad .410 is so expensive.
