Went up to the Mackenzie mountains for a two week holiday. Guided two hunts and scored on two moose and a caribou. Had a great time, and lucked out with two great hunters. The first hunt we took a nice moose on day 4 and tried for a caribou but ended up only having one day to hunt.Saw around 70 animals but no big bulls.Got a pic through the spoter of a nice black wolf, but my hunter didn't have a tag so we let it walk:mad:.For the second hunt we got a great bull on day two, and then on day five a nice caribou. The weather was great the whole time with only one day of rain and one day of snow the whole two weeks. All in all I probably saw 30 moose, four wolves, and 1500 caribou.A great time had and hopeing to be able to do it again next year.

The better of the two moose scored around 205-210, we saw some caribou bulls that would have scored alot better, but my hunter really wanted the palmated tops and the double shovel. We saw one bull caribou on the first day that would likely have been a book bull, but the hunter passed on it hoping for something along the lines of what he got. Just to bad the bottom is quite week.

The sheep are where you find them:smile:. Unfortunatly I didn't get any pics:mad:, not sure why?But in the two areas I was hunting for caribou we spotted rams down with the caribou. Two rams in one area(one youny full curl) and four rams in the other spot,(another young full curl). Both times the sheep were down low right in the valley bottoms.
