Made a 400 yrd stalk in a stubble field with the aid of a buddy and a decoy to keep the goats attention off me. The buck didn't want to leave his 6 does, so as soon as he went over a small rise i made a run for it and closed the distance to 132 yrds. The muzzle loader barked and the buck was down. did i mention it was 33c i was wearing shorts and a t-shirt. 1st time ever while hunting.

My Wife is from southwest Sask so we are out there quite alot, its too bad about the Resident Only Mule Deer and Antelope.....I would love to have a crack at a Few that I have seen out there! Congrats on drawing a tag!

Nice job with that pronghorn. An antelope hunt is still on my "must do" list. Eventually it will happen.

I moved from Sask back in 89 and I do miss hunting that game. Good size you have there and using muzzle loader is all the better. Good for ya, great hunting memories but TEE SHIRT WEATHER??? thats crazy
