Need info.

Hi I´m new to this "list" and to Vancouver Island. I´m going to Duncan in a few days, all the way from Portugal and beeing a big fan of Hunting and Shooting I was wondering if someone could help me and tell me what do I need to do to be able to shoot skeet or hunt (just with bird gog). Be from another Nation I don´t know if there are special "things" that I would have to take care of, before I could do these things.:???:
Any one that could help me with info I would apriciate;-)

Before you can "shoot" on your own you will need a Possession and Acquisition License (PAL) for firearms. Check with a Sporting Goods Store that handles firearms on how to get one.

You will also need to get a B.C. Hunter card to be able to get a hunting license. The same store as above should be able to direct you in that area as well.

There is a trap shoot on the 26th at the valley fish and game in Skutz Falls (near Lake Cowichan).
