Introductions

Hello All,

I was going to introduce myself last weekend on the forum but after I spent a long time trying to add a picture of my 18 month Lab to the forum with negative results I gave up for the day. I did not want to just be a forum poacher and read all your good info with out contributing. (Not that I have good info).

Anyways my name is Sheldon.

I grew up on the island and mainly hunt and fish the island but do a bit of both on the mainland too. Ive recently moved to North Vancouver to follow my career but still spend lots of time in the outdoors.

PS When I tried to post the pics it stated they were too large of files. Any help on how to downsize the file to upload it would be great. Thx

Sheldon welcome to the site. For posting pics I do it this way.

1) Load pics from camera to Kodak Easyshare. From there I load the pics to http://photobucket.com/. Here I can edit the pic to be 75/50or 25% of the actual size. Here is a 25% pic using the img tag to paste here.

I know marc suggests using the HuntBC gallery to upload pics for posting but I think some members still get confused. Any questions still pm me and I'll try and help.

btw - that's a 303/25 - 120gr Nosler Partion.

Welcome Sheldon, I have a black lab named Diesel, that is about the same age. We have been getting out most weekends this season and he is really starting to get it. I think I get a bigger kick out of him making a good retrieve than I do on those rare times when I make a good shot.
