Weird...all of a sudden I can't connect to huntingbc.ca from home. Work is no prob. I can connect using the IP address though (http://72.52.214.132/forum).

Download and install www.ccleaner.com it will clean your computer and make it work much better. If you've got younger kids at home, it's a must. Some of the sites they visit are terrible for the crap that's left behind.

Sounds like your ISP's DNS isn't propagating properly... but they should update every 24 hrs... so it should be back to normal next scheduled update.

I figured it out. I have a server and run my own DNS. Somewhere along the way it decided to nuke its list of root servers, so it didn't know where to send queries to for domains it had "forgotten". Weird...

Let me get this straight... you are tech savvy enough to run your own DNS server, but you're asking for technical support on a hunting forum???

Good luck with that.

At least you know what the hell they're talking about. Makes my advice look childish :roll:

At first it felt like an IP was getting blocked, that's what prompted the initial query.

The problem is that Farrah has passed away and your system is in mourning.
