try trapping some pidgeons or see if any of the guys who duck hunt still have wings attached to the breasts

Or buy some at the Langley auction "live" for cheap.

It's to bad you never asked during the hunting season. I saved a bunch and vacuum sealed them but I've already given them all away. I tossed quite a few wings out as I didn't need anymore.

you could talk to someone who has chickens, alot of people are slaughtering right now and may be able to get some wings off of them

When I trained up both of my springers, I bought grouse wings from a taxidermist's in burnaby. I believe most taxidermist's keep extra stuff on hand. Whether they want to part with it, is another story.

If you are looking for birds, be aware of the birds that you are buying.

The king pigeons don't fly... But the racing birds, or homming pigeons fly very well.

The pheasents have been selling for $20= per bird.

Ducks have been scarce so the demand is higher as is the price and the quail are very young but do not fly if they get wet...

Google langley animal auction and you will get your website.

The birds and Rabbits are auctioned off at 9:30am saturday morning.

PS - these are "pets" and you are NOT using them to train a dog. because that would be illegal:mrgreen:
