Get stuck often?

not yet but found a soft spot about 1500yards from this picture last summer and she was over the top of the tires and grunting pretty hard to get out.... hit the freespool and pin it!... thats actually a very interesting story considering we are working in a desert area.

used to love husky's... never had a truck box get rusty on us from all the oil they leak... the fed's should chip in an enviro rebate for us stihl owners!

An ole 668? I learned how to run skidder on a 667B grapple. Good ole machines, screamin jimmy, or a cummins? Line machine = some sweat, nice pics, thanks. Moosin

yup she's a 668 Ranger with the SCREAMING jimmy...

for what we do a line machine is a must... workin on beetle attack rite now and its all spread around in small patches... land owner does not want miles of trails and all the re-gen destroyed so we fall/bunch/drag then buck what we can fit into the ever growing piles...

Happy to report the grounds keeping department at Predator Ridge has hires some natives to assist in the early spring pruneing and aeration... now someone should inform the new employees that the green's are about 1800 yards due east of where they are working :D

Oh... Get a hold of the manufacturing dept. That machine needs a rifle scabbard installed.

Some sweet shots here. Me likes the winter critters.

the chainsaw "scabbard" is rite on the side of the cab window... thats the aluminum rectangle in the pic ;)

as for a rifle scabbard you really dont need one... my shotgun or rifle fit nicely behind the seat in the skidder/excavator/cat/loader
