Changing out new string already?

Hi guys I am new to the sport.

I have a new 07 Xforce...yes it is my first bow.

I had shot it no more than 250 times I fiqure when the peep sight broke at my first 3D.
After talking to the dealer who sold me the bow...he stated its something that was addressed on the newer XF and the current string I have is not of good quality.
Long story short waiting on a custom string from Extreme Bow Strings and intend to use a 1/4 " G5 sight.
Was this incident due to rotation or might it have been an assembly issue?

I fail to see what the issue is ... did your peep break ..or the string break ...

Most factory strings are in my opinion substandard anyway ... before I even pull a new bow I change the string ...

If its the peep that broke then I would suspect the assmebly and installation of said peep would be the issue
because PSE hasnt changed string manufacturers in 30 years ... they are done inhouse(at factory)
