Moose tenderloin wrapped in bacon and broiled to medium rare, with 3 kinds of mushrooms, shitake, oyster and portabello cooked in carmellized onions and garlic with shredded ginger, potatoes cooked with bacon, shallots and fresh oregano stir fried in walnut oil

Fred that was such a fantastic party and Joan was so cute, I completely forgot about that - guess you do know first hand the food's I prep :)
