Silly newby question....... I'd like to do my own processing, but not sure the garage will cool down enogh for a proper aging. Is there such a thig as meat coolers/lockers in the lowermainland, say around Abbotsford?
Do you think a local butcher would let me age my critter for 3-5 days, or do they only take it if they are processing it??

Not sure any will have hooks for their own cutting let alone cooling for customers. The moose should be rolling in right about now.

If you have the space, check out what I've done and now Mr.Dean is in the process of doing.
