I have seen these before but I can't remember the story. They have circulated a couple times though I am pretty sure of that...

yup a few years old now, it's on the boone and crockett website as well and they are asking for information as no one seems to know anything about it. In the one photo, the background looks like a coastal Old growth forest. Woudn't surprise me if this was actually from alaska. I have hear d tumbler ridge and up williston as well, how knows....

that thing would give me a heart attack!!! What a true monster, i hate seeing photos of bears where the guy sits 15 feet behind it to make it look bigger than it is. But this one doesn't need the cheater photo tricks...........its a piss cutter

Seen those pics a number of times, from Dawson Creek, Tumbler Ridge, Sitka Islands, Nome Alaska. Haven't heard Maple Ridge yet but I'm waiting.

X2. I agree. The back ground looks typical Alaska Coast from what I remember being stationed there. I have been to Tumbler Ridge and I do not remember to the woods looking like that. These pics were sent around a number of years ago, if my memory is correct.
