Got my first deer on friday night! Hunted most of last year with no success, then this year found an area with lots of white tails, mainly going for muleys but this little guy presented himself. Still have my mule deer tag for the rest of the season!

I personaly think the whitetail taste better,but I like those big muley racks.Good luck on the rest of the season.

I agree with Little Hawh It took me 5 seasons to get mine.

The first one is the hardest I think.

Good job Kye! Where did you end up taking him to get butchered? Whiteys tend to be better eating than muleys in my opinion, should be some good eating!

Interior cut right meats, seems good, quick turn around time under a week!
