Not Allowed to Post Replys on some threads

I am having a problem responding to some threads. I get a pop up telling me that I am not allowed access to this function. Anyone have this happen to them or is it just me? (Damn, I think I'm developing a complex) I*f there are any Mods out there, could you please let me know what's up.

You won't be able to post on any of the Buy and Sell threads, unless you start the thread. Other than that, you shoudl be good to go.

I cleaned my Recent History out of my P/C awhile back, then when I went on this site I had to Log In before I could reply to any posts. I think I may have deleted all the Cookies in my Internet files, so I had to Log in again so the Computer would remember this site?
