We were on our way back from holidays and saw this guy in the ditch south of Manning Park.

look at the scar on his side

Thats a pretty big bear if you ask me. It takes a trained eye to spot that one :eek:

Nice clip. i hope to see more of this kind, thats one big sob of a scare, it covers up the bear.

That is obviously the rare "taupe" bear...a colour variation between cinnamon and Kermode. If his eyes weren't closed, you would see that they are blue.
It looks to me like he was hit by a 1998 Kenworth, beige or light tan in colour, with a bush bar with a sticky-out doobie. They should grind that off.
