Got an email forward stating this bull taken near Terrace is a new world record. Anyone see or hear of this? It sure is a monster bull!

there was already a thread regarding this moose. it was actually shot in Russia...there is alink about it but i forgot it.

Sweet moose, but Terrace doesn't get snow like that during moose season. Come to think of it, I don't think Terrace puts out any cranker moose like that either. Wishful thinking though.

That bull is a tank i saw it in person while in Reno this past jan at the SCI show!

It is in fact from Russia something like 84" wide, but the outfiter that took this bull also had a bigger bull that was pushing 90" wide on display !

This is a Chukotka Moose 72'' wide 48'' tall it has 38 Points. Photo taken in Central Kamchatka/Russia on December 8th, 2004.

There was a rummor going around but it was about a huge bull taken near Huston last fall. No ones confirmed it yet

Oh that picture again. The story keeps changing as far as where it was shot terrace,russia,kazakastan,nigeria etc etc etc.

Here is the truth...
According to The Hunting Report, the moose was shot in 2001 on Russia's Kamchatka Peninsula by a man named Jay Link.
He says he and his brother flew into an area by helicopter that is very remote and where the animals are not hunted very much and have opportunity to reach full maturity.
