Thought I better post something considering I am relying on y'all to make this book such a great success for the site

Tonights menu is

Roast White Tail Doe (harvested Sept 07)

it will be served with roasted Yukon gold potatoes and baby carrots, fennel braised in red wine, sauteed Portabello mushrooms with garlic, and herb gravy (made from the drippings of the roast

enjoy

Alison

Ali that looks quite delicious.

Gatehouse, what are you marinating your moose t-loin in... I have one whole moose t-loin in my freezer waiting to be cooked, just looking for a suggestion from the master.
