The Savage 110 Ultralite rifles have been rolling in, on schedule despite the issues and delays that have been sand-bagging
many suppliers in the face of the challenges presented by COVID-19. Huge ups to Savage and Big Rock Sports for getting these rifles out on time
and into the hands of our eager customers!
We have been delivering these rifles to our pre-order customers and are now managing to maintain inventory in certain calibers - 300 WSM and 270 Win.
Our range-hound Garrick topped a 300 WSM with the ever-popular Leupold VX-5HD 3-15x44 Firedot Duplex - arguably one of the very best
hunting riflescopes on the market today - and took it for a spin.
Needless to say, the question of whether or not these rifles will shoot has been answered:

We will try other brands of factory ammo as more of these packages roll-out, and time allows.
Our shooting/"Dialed-In" is performed at our outdoor range, off of a standard shooting rest (i.e. Caldwell Rock Jr.) and rear-bag (Allen) at 100 meter targets.
We never use "lead-sleds" or free-recoil techniques - we hold it, we shoot it.
