When I peeked out the bedroom window at first light this morning, this is what greeted my eyes. He sure knows where and when to be safe. The picture is dark due to low light conditions, but I just had to take a few anyway.

Nice whitetail! Would've liked too have seen him in november. But those things are sneaky at the best of times.

Firebird, that brightened it up nicely! Nice to see some of the detail.

Looking at your location, you must be familiar with Nulki Lake. Best fishing I had in my whole life there about 35 years ago.

Great photo, don't see that in Langley:evil::evil: cheeky bugger looks like he's sticking his tounge out in the picture Firebird retouched. You'll have to keep an eye out for him next year!!!

Well ain't that the way huh. Reminds of a few years back I was hunting blacktails hard getting up early every day I had off. I was pretty tired from the previous work week so I slept in on Saturday morning. Got up to let the dog out and there was a big three point under my apple tree!
