I see the proposal to drastically reduce Roosevelt authorizations in the bow zones is on the table. If I remember correctly how it appears is at least three will be lost in 1-06B and some in in 1-12C. Wonder why they want to have no resident opportunity between oct 1-10.
How many are the outfitters losing ?

Is the archery success really that good ?

The year I helped a lady out, 2 out of 5 people filled their tag and the outfitter shot a dink 5pt.
Its unfortunate to lose opportunity over an overharvest that "MAY" occur.
Do the C.I's show a near 100% harvest in these areas to suggest this is a good idea based on fact ?

Wonder if "our" loss in opportunity is factored after the native kid who wounded three bulls this year behind the airport before an outfitter contacted the band and then the band revoked his tag... Odd how 'bulls' are the target for sustenance.
