Failed login on Samsung

I cannot login on my smart phone. Tried resetting the password still no luck. Was working fine and never lost it in the laptop which I'm on now. The phone is a samsung not that I think that would matter. Any ideas?

My son when he does visit the site uses his Samsung phone with no issues, is your phone new and maybe has some setting that needs changing?
