chevy is correct, all you have to do is watch out for posted land or get permission and hunt.

Just buy your tags at the local Walmart when you get there.

Whitetails are open to non-residence without a guide. Moose you have to be guided (not sure about Elk). Muley's are resident only and LEH for residents only. You can go to the Saskatchewan Fish and Game website and print off the reg's. to make sure.

You might want to check out the SK reg's though, I think only some zones are open to non-residents. I may be wrong but in the past our alberta hunters could only hunt in zone 69 and we were in zone 55. Again this was in the past.

I have looked into this in the past, I believe that Whitetails are only open to non-residents in certain zones and the season is only 5 or 7 days long. I could very well be wrong though.

Be prepared to see some big muley bucks that you can't get a tag for!
I shot a good whitetail in SK last year and was amazed by the number of 170 class bucks.

We cant wear camo (in white or blaze) for upper tho right?

No, only camo bottoms, must be a solid blaze orange, white, yellow or red. And the headware must be orange, yellow or red, no white, unless you want to be in someone's cross-hairs.

My warmest bellaclava is camo. Do you think that would be okay as long as I have a blaze orange touque over it???

BCrams

Yep - as long as the whole top of your head has a blaze toque or hat

Might have hunted there a couple times! We never shot anything absolutely huge, 200" NT was the biggest. Haven't been out in a couple years.

If you want bigger head east.............
