Well he has done it again!!! Shooting in the JOP regionals this morning my little guy put up a new provincial JOP record for the Badger (9 and under) category. The existing record was 239 and he posted a 249!! So he now holds the Indoor provincial record and the Jop provincial record..... still waiting on his 7th birthday:lol: clear the tracks his assault on the record books is underway!!

Big congrats to your son Chris ... so when do you think he'll surpass dad's abilities? Sounds like you've created a winner. ;)

And when Michael and Poppa shoot from the "mean green" together, I'm pretty sure Michael will be doing some serious grampa butt kicking.

You better start spending more time at the range Mike.

Chris, give that son of yours a big pound on the back for me! He is absolutely amazing, and you're the one to bring his natural abilities along at just the right pace. Good on him!

That is awesome to hear, I hope you have a great time with Jr., mine are grown up and I miss those days. My littlest guy used to shoot quail with his Checkmate JOP when he was that age, made me look pretty bad. I think it's the eyes or the NO pressure attitude. I hope to meet him one day at a shoot or hidin in a tree.
